Listings and reservations
GigMap helps people discover live music and helps venues and artists manage enquiries. Confirm times, entry prices, age restrictions, access and reservations with the venue before travelling. A listing is not a ticket or reservation. External ticket purchases are governed by the seller's terms.
Accounts and authority
Use accurate information and only manage an artist or venue you are authorised to represent. Venue ownership requests are reviewed. Keep account access secure and report suspected misuse. We may remove misleading, unlawful or unauthorised content and restrict accounts where necessary to protect the service and its users.
Booking enquiries
An Interested response is an expression of interest. A booking is marked confirmed only after the venue selects an act. The venue and artist remain responsible for agreeing payment, equipment, licensing, cancellation and performance terms. GigMap does not collect performance fees or guarantee either party's performance. Contact the other party promptly if a confirmed booking changes.
Your content
Only submit text, images and gig information that you have permission to use. You allow GigMap to display that content and use it to provide related listings and notifications. Do not upload harmful files, impersonate another person or use private contact details for unsolicited messages.
Corrections and complaints
Use Contact to report inaccurate listings, rights concerns or account problems. Include the relevant page and enough information for us to investigate. Nothing in these terms removes rights that apply under consumer or data-protection law.
